Charity providing food, shelter and company to Oxford's homeless and poorly housed population. Unfortunately, it's open only to those who are 25 or over.
The Gatehouse is run rather like a cafe—sandwiches, cakes, fruit, hot and cold drinks etc are available to all comers at no cost. Provides a warm and comfortable environment to sit and chat, read the newspapers (provided), or just have a snooze.
The project relies largely on donations and voluntary workers, and is a registered charity (number 1002741).
