Nice pub opposite Tescos on Cowley Road. Tends to get quite full, particularly in Winter when the patio out the back is not so pleasant. They keep a good range of guest ales, that appear reasonably kept. I remember the bar staff as being friendly.

House doubles for £1.90 for students maybe during specified hours (At least I think this was the offer on the sign — April 2005)

20% off real ales for Camra members, making their £2.40 real ales the rather nice £1.92. (April 2005)
