Tiny little club/bar opposite the Cock and Camel on George Street, used to be called "Yes, but". The place really is tiny, but made to look a lot bigger using mirrors... They have hubbly-bubblys/hookars, and entry on a Saturday night was free before 10pm. Full, however, when I went, of school-girls, which may or may not be what you're looking for :-)
