The Oxford branch of this nationwide hifi/TV/home cinema chain.

Gives all the impressions of being a friendly independent retailer, not really chain-like. I went to buy some bookshelf speakers and was not disappointed by the service, although the listening setup could have been better (and the shop is a bit cramped - full of huge TVs).
