The Theology Faculty Centre and Library is located on St. Giles' and provides the library and administrative centre for the study of theology at Oxford University (together with a small number of seminar rooms). Members of the Faculty are usually University lecturers, college tutors or teachers from the variety of theological colleges scattered around Oxford. The Faculty is reasonably traditional in its approach to the teaching of theology with an emphasis on the Judeo-Christian tradition (though there are options relating to other religions and general themes such as religion and science). The Faculty is a 5* research department with research of a consistent international excellence. The Faculty also scored highly in the last teaching quality exercise.
