Linacre College was founded in October 1962. It is named after the outstanding Renaissance figure Thomas Linacre (1460-1524), and began life as a university department for graduate students. Linacre is a graduate only college and currently has around 350 postgraduate students. The current premises are on the corner of St Cross and South Parks Road. |
