Bar Baby is a fairly upmarket small cocktail bar on Walton Street, with a larger basement restaurant which contains a large picture of the eponymous baby. They do a good range of cocktails, covering the basics and quite a lot of more unusual stuff, plus a selection of bottled lagers and wines. Cocktails and shooters are in the 3 to 5 pound range.
The food is very good, a reasonable range of Western cuisine with a slight emphasis on Italian and Greek dishes. Fairly typical restaurant prices of starters for a fiver, and between 10 and 15 quid for a main dish. Desserts are limited but good, and the after-dinner cocktails particularly tasty.
They stop serving at 11 on Tuesdays, I don't know whether the same applies on weekends. However, Raouls next door is open later.
