Moo-Moo's is a new milkshake (and smoothie) bar in the Covered Market. It's located by the High Street, where the Oxford Engraver key cutting shop used to be.
Their menu shows about 50 different flavours of milkshakes. Most seem to be based on chocolate bars, biscuits, sweets or cereals, but they do also have a few others besides. You'll struggle to pick :)
Their smoothies didn't look as good as those from FruitSticks, but I've yet to try one to be sure.
