This is a Young's pub. The beer is consistently served well, the place has a nice atmosphere (including an open fire in winter) and a garden. It's also one of the few Oxford pubs to have a bar billiards table. The seating outside the front of pub does face directly onto the [[Locale St. Clement's|St. Clement's]] but is surprisingly pleasant.

Five handpumps which today have Oxfordshire Ales Marshmellow (£1.70/half), Young's Bitter, Young's Gold (rebadged as Angel & Greyhound Gold), Young's Special, and Young's London Porter. Jug of tap water on the end of the bar with glasses for one to help oneself. Bar snacks including "hand reared pork pies" (£3) and home made pork crackling (£2). Music playing very quietly.
