Greene King pub near the centre of Kidlington. Fairly cheap and cheerful, one of the friendlier places to go drinking in the village. Live music on Sunday evenings. Nice, quiet, fairly roomy beer garden out the back of the pub, unless you go at lunch-time during term-time, when you'll be deafened by children in the nearby primary school on their lunch-break.

The food is ok, and mostly cheap, but avoid the onion rings, which I think worked out at 44p per tiny onion ring last time I ate there. Considered to be pretty much the only feasible pub to go for a lunch-time drink by [[PeteS]] and his work colleagues.
I've heard that they've started doing cheap and reasonable food there now, but I haven't yet checked it out.
