Budget Internet Cafe is probably the cheapest walk-in Internet cafe in Oxford. If you buy a "Budget Card" you can surf away for only 90p an hour. They have web cams, scanners, MSN and Skype phones, and good, fast, computers. The staff seem very friendly and helpful. It is situated just on the edge of Summertown about 200 metres before Marks And Spencer (Summertown). The shop has air conditioning and they sell good coffee and cold drinks. They have some machines with all the latest games on.
