The largest concentration of charity shops in Oxford is in Headington: see this list. Other places to find them include Botley, Cowley Road, Summertown and Templars Square.
Cancer Research UK in Headington and Helen and Douglas House on Cowley Road will accept small electrical items; Emmaus in Marston will collect and sell furniture and large electrical goods; while Sue Ryder in Botley will take clothes which aren't worth selling and use them for rags.
