Charlotte Conquest returns to direct Hans Christian Andersen’s classic tale in the atmospheric factory setting of BMW Group Plant Oxford.

When an ageing king divides his realm between his three daughters a brutal struggle for power threatens to destroy the entire nation.

Directed by Douglas Rintoul (Salisbury Playhouse, Complicite, Barbican), Creation Theatre Company’s King Lear is a compelling production of what many believe to be Shakespeare’s finest and most poetic play.
