Formerly two next door businesses, the Oxford Pantry and the Sausage Shop now trade together as David John Butchers. The pantry side of the store specialises in cold meats, pies and pastries and is the place to go for anything from a simple slice of ham to a huntsmans pie for a spectacular picnic.
Next door is the butcher's shop specialising in sausages, with many varieties, including regional, gluten free and vegetarian ranges. It provides sausages for the Big Bang restaurant in Jericho as well as many local pubs, including Far From The Madding Crowd.
