A noodle bar in Headington. Very tasty salt and pepper squid!
However, the service is terrible. Rude waiter who said customers are not king here.
The Oxford mail didn't like it in 2006 (http://archive.oxfordmail.net/2006/11/3/112556.html ), it might not be the place to go for authentic food.
Comparing the quality of the food, The Malaysian-Chinese Restaurant Yummy which is not far is much better.
