Historical version 6 of Isis Tavern (view current version)
Pub with a nice big beer garden overlooking the Isis, famously only accessible for punters by foot or boat.
Mid February 2008, the pub is closed with a sign outside saying it's under new management and due to reopen on the 21st. There's a massive clear-out going on with much of the garden vegetation cut back - already giving a lighter look to the place. Interestingly the contact e-mail address is the same as for the Isis Boat House. Watch this space!
