Two people own many of the restaurants in Oxford, one is Clinton Pugh and the other is Jeremy Mogford.
Jeremy Mogford set up Browns, which he sold to the Bass Group in 1997. He later returned to the Oxford scene, and The Mogford Group currently owns:
