The Covered Market lies at the heart of Oxford city centre, between Cornmarket Street and Turl Street. It contains a variety of shops, from sandwich shops and cafés to butchers, grocers and fishmongers, clothes shops, and many others. There's an odd mixture of town, gown and tourists here. Shops tend to the pricy side, but not sufficiently to outweigh the convenience of this central location, and there's always something new to discover.
