The 35mm develop and print service is possibly the best value you'll get in Oxford although I feel sometimes the lab is a bit rough with my negatives. For the black and white service, the Ilford remailer with the film included is cheaper (and they recommend it) but not as quick as the service with their labs. Hand printed enlargements are fantastic - I've had back excellent 18"x12" prints from 35mm.

Probably the most popular photographic shop amongst enthusiasts in Oxford, Morris stocks possibly anything you'll ever need when it comes to photographic equipment. The selection of cameras is good, covering basic compacts all the way up to professional MF ranges. They also stock what appears to be a good range of darkroom supplies and equipment.
