This is the City of Oxford's museum, covering the history of the City and the University, from Roman times to the present day.

They have the City Charter from 1191, Civil War weapons, and interiors from 19th century houses, both from poor and richer households, as well as exhibits on Alice in Wonderland and furnishings from the Colleges.
