Needletree piercing is in a small but clean and well-lit back room in Eagle Tattoos. It's run by Chris, a gigantic shaven-headed bearded biker who has a very friendly and relaxing manner. When it comes to piercing, he really knows what he's doing and it shows, he's very good at putting you at your ease and explaining exactly what's going to happen. Definitely the only place in Oxford I'd recommend to anybody for piercing. outdoor fountains
