A really nice pub in picturesque Iffley, if this were on the river, it would be a real tourist trap. As it is, the crowds go to the Isis Tavern while the Prince of Wales is a bit of a secret for those in the know.
The range of food is pretty standard for a pub, but of good quality with plenty of choice for omnivores and vegetarians alike.
The pub is owned by Wadsworth and generally has 6X, Henry's IPA, JCB and a Wadsworth seasonal ale on, along with a couple of guests. There is also a comprehensive selection of fruit wines.
