A really nice pub in picturesque Iffley, if this were on the river, it would be a real tourist trap. The crowds used to go to the Isis Tavern which is now in the process of renaming itself the Isis Farmhouse. Though the Prince of Wales remains a bit of a secret for those in the know it's a secret that many are starting to share especially since being recently taken over by Peter & Lona.

The range of food includes daily specials and regular pub farye, but of good quality with plenty of choice for omnivores and vegetarians alike.

The pub is owned by Wadsworth and always has 6X, Henry's IPA, Henry's Smooth, JCB and a one or two seasonal Wadworth ales on as well as a couple of guests. The wines selection has recently been extended.

There is now a regular (Wednesday night 9pm) Charity Quiz for a £1 entry and cash prizes.

Also every Thursday night (9pm) sees either live music from professional musicians or an open mike night.

Every Thursday 12-3pm there is a Mature Meal Menu - offering a Main course for only £3.95. Also if one comes regularly and buys 5 meals the 6th one is free.

All welcome including walkers, children & dogs.

Regular Darts, Aunt Sally, Board Games and chat.
