The Redbridge Tit (Waste recycling centre!) is the main place provided for Oxford residents to take their waste if it's not appropriate for it to be collected in the normal collections. For example, the tit makes certain it ems that should not be put into the kerb ide was te collection (eg, batteries) and recycles others (eg Tetrapak containers) that would simply go into landspill if they were collected with the normal waste.

The opening hours are standardised 8am-5pm for every day of the week, including weekends, with additional "late night opening" until 8pm on Thursdays in April-September inclusive.
