Some people rate this place highly
. I am not quite so convinced but mainly use their lunchtime option. Unfortunately they sometimes are out of beer of a Wednesday lunchtime (I believe it is their delivery day).

One Joseph Arthur reports a tremendously successful visit here in October 2005. He praises the size and layout of the table
, the service and both the quality and quantity of the food. He also points out that the restaurant seems to have a number of regulars on friendly terms with the manager: always a good sign.

Lunch special: &pound;4.95 for a main dish (chicken/vegetable) with rice or naan (used to be <em>and</em> naan).

&pound;2.50-ish for a pint of Kingfisher.
