Tiger Lily is Oxford's main purveyor of expensive alterna-tack to the yoof of the city. There's a small selection of designer-label clothing from the likes of CyberDog, Raven and Alchemy, along with all sorts of kitch bags and ornaments, and an array of smoking paraphenalia. Can be a good place to pick up odd colours of hair dye and makeup at short notice. The staff are usually pretty friendly.
In August 2004, Perfdave wrote: "As and when they can acquire staff with the skills (many of whom seem to be low on experience), Tiger Lily offers body piercing and tattooing. The quality of these services is generally held to be poor."
In December 2007, an Anonymous contributor deleted that, saying "This is an unfair and unfounded comment!" and adding: "The piercing store is run very professionally and friendly, and the piercing have improved in quality greatly over the last year."
