'''In April 2008 Wagamama Oxford closed due to a small fire, but, as of July, [http://www.oxfordmail.net/display.var.2389212.0.noodle_bar_reopens.php the branch has now reopened]'''.

=== October 2007 ===

This is newly opened
, and was very busy on Friday of 0th week at lunch time (unsurprisingly). The venue is much smaller than a lot of other Wagamamas, but the food was consistent with their other branches.

We had particularly bad service, with two requests for refills of (free with a meal, incidentally) green tea ignored or forgotten. Two of our party had to squeeze onto a bench seat that didn't really seem designed for two, which wasn't very comfortable.

Two days later (Sunday of 1st week), another correspondent had one dish fail to arrive until his dining partner had finished eating and complaints were made -
the entire bill was waived, but neighbouring diners were having similar problems. The food when it arrived, was delicious.

That said, hopefully the service problems were teething problems whilst new staff get to grips with things, and we did pick what was probably the busiest time
of the year to go.
